Rebate subject to product availability and the following terms and conditions:

1. One rebate will be issued per household.

2. To be eligible for rebate, claim must include the following: • This completed rebate form. • Copy of sales receipt/invoice for qualifying Seagate product. (Purchase date determined by date on receipt/invoice). • Serial number • Original UPC Code cut from Seagate retail box. Note: Offer not valid for mobile tour stops at Sam's Club locations.

3. Rebate available only for purchases of qualifying Seagate Retail kitted drive made on 4/1/06 through 6/30/06. Rebate request must be postmarked by 7/30/06. Qualifying purchase must be made during rebate period.

4. Rebate amount is 10% off suggested retail price. Please go to www.ast.seagatestorage.com to view product list.

5. Keep copies of materials submitted: originals become Seagate property and will not be returned.

6. Seagate is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete or misdirected mail.

7. Rebate paid in US currency. Consumer is responsible for all taxes and tax reporting that may be required as a result of participation in this rebate program.

8. This rebate may not be combined with any other promotional offer from Seagate. Only one rebate will be issued per SKU per household.

9. Rebate valid in United States only. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by national, state, provincial or local law.

10. Seagate reserves the right to request additional information regarding the rebate request and to nullify any request that cannot be substantiated. I.D. misrepresentation or fraudulent information disqualifies any rebate request and may be subject to US Postal Regulations. Violators will be prosecuted. The determination of Seagate or its designated contractor of rebate purchase qualification is final.

11. Claims will be processed and paid within 8 to 10 weeks. If all terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be sent.

12. Seagate is not responsible for product availability.
